Junior Black Belt Star Grading Schedule

TEST FOR 1 STAR After 1ST Year at 1ST Dan

After one year as 1st Dan take 1 star grading
Cost £25.00

The cost of the 2nd Dan grading will always be the normal fees less the amounts already paid for start gradings

Proof of participation in the Junior Black Belt Star Grading must be sent in applicants 2nd Dan grading application

Choice of coloured belt pattern
Set coloured belt pattern
Pattern Kwang-Gae
Choice of special Demonstration technique(jumping high or long to hit focus pad)
2 X sparring rounds
Theory

After 2 years as 1st Dan take 2 star grading
Cost £25.00

4 Directional speacial technique-e.g.:4 targets held on compass points,pad to be stuck in quick succession to stimulate a directional attack.Multiple stikes to consist of no more than one hand technique to be different to any of the other three
2 X sparring rounds
Theory

After 3 years as 1st Dan take 3 star grading
Cost £25.00

After 4 years as 1st Dan take normal 2nd Dan grading

The cost of the 2nd Dan grading will always be the normal fees less the amounts already paid for start gradings

Proof of participation in the Junior Black Belt Star Grading must be sent in applicants 2nd Dan grading application

Kwang-Gae/Po-Eun/Ge-Baek
Special Technique - a jumping Technique with multiple strikes,e.g 2 or more targets to hit whilst the student is in air(kicks)
The student will need to perform a pattern which they have designed themselves either to music(not more than 2.5 minutes),or without music(no more than 40 moves)
