ATTACK START POSITION L-Stance Forearm Guarding Block ( Right Leg Back ) DEFENDER Parallel Ready Stance

1. ATTACK High punch.
DEFENCE Right leg back walking stance, rising block

2. ATTACK, front kick.
DEFENCE left leg back walking stance, 'X' fist pressing block

3. COUNTER Twin fist vertical punch.

ATTACK START POSITION L-Stance Forearm Guarding Block ( Right Leg Back ) DEFENDER Parallel Ready Stance

1. ATTACK Side punch (Fixed stance).
DEFENCE Right leg back 'L' stance, upward palm block.

2. ATTACK turning kick.
DEFENCE left leg back 'L' stance, waist block.

3. COUNTER Slide forward into right 'L' stance, right side elbow.

ATTACK START POSITION L-Stance Forearm Guarding Block ( Right Leg Back ) DEFENDER Parallel Ready Stance

1. ATTACK Front kick.
DEFENCE Right leg back walking stance, 'X' fist pressing block.

2. ATTACK twin vertical punch. left leg back.
DEFENCE walking stance, outer forearm wedging block.
3. COUNTER Knee kick, at the same time pull opponents shoulders.

 

No 4
ATTACK START POSITION L-Stance Forearm Guarding Block ( Right Leg Back ) DEFENDER Parallel Ready Stance

1. ATTACK Flat fingertip thrust.
DEFENCE Right leg back walking stance, knife hand rising block.

2. ATTACK side kick.
DEFENCE left leg back
'L' stance, inward palm block.

3. COUNTER Front kick to cocyx.  4. Twin upset punch to kidneys.

ATTACK START POSITION L-Stance Forearm Guarding Block ( Right Leg Back ) DEFENDER Parallel Ready Stance

1. ATTACK Right reverse side kick.
DEFENCE Right 'L' stance palm waist block.

2. ATTACK left walking stance open fist high strike.
DEFENCE left 'L' stance outer forearm inward block.

3. COUNTER Right walking stance reverse knife hand middle inward strike.
(slipping right foot)

 

No 6
ATTACK START POSITION L-Stance Forearm Guarding Block ( Right Leg Back ) DEFENDER Parallel Ready Stance

1. ATTACK Right high turning kick.
DEFENCE Sitting stance twin straight forearm block,(moving left foot diagonal).

2. ATTACK left walking stance arc-hand high strike.
DEFENCE Right 'L' stance palm hooking block.(grabbing the arm).

3. COUNTER Left side kick. (still holding the grabbed arm)

ATTACK START POSITION L-Stance Forearm Guarding Block ( Right Leg Back ) DEFENDER Parallel Ready Stance

1. ATTACK Right fixed stance side fist side strike.
DEFENCE Left 'L' stance twin forearm block.

2. ATTACK left middle reverse turning kick.
DEFENCE right 'L' stance knife hand guarding block, (Sliding away using block as guard only).

3. COUNTER Right high reverse turning kick.

ATTACK START POSITION L-Stance Forearm Guarding Block ( Right Leg Back ) DEFENDER Parallel Ready Stance

1. ATTACK Right middle side kick.
DEFENCE Right 'L' stance inner forearm inward waist block.

2. ATTACK right 'L' stance knife hand high side strike. (turning anticlockwise).
DEFENCE right 'L' stance
knifehand guarding lock. (stepping foot side foot)

3. COUNTER Left 'X' stance backfist high side strike.
