Please ensure you arrive early and have all your training equipment i.e. Dobok, belt and sparring equipment.

Pre Black Belt Training Sessions

To be able to grade for your next Black Belt(Dan) Grade you must:
1. Attend one Black Belt Training Session every 6 months(at Kings Lynn).
2. If you are now approaching your grading date i.e. within 3 months you
need to attend at least 3 out of the following sessions, one of these must
be at Kings Lynn.

PLEASE NOTE:
A students needs to attend 3 classes a week in the 6 months leading up to
their next Dan grading to be able to grade in the normal time guide line.
However,
If the student cannot attend 3 classes a week they must train a minimum
of 2 times a week in the 6 months prior to their grading, and then continue
to train for another 6 months at 2 times per week in addition to their normal
time guide line.
As always these attendances are a guide and if the Instructor decides that the
candidate requires more training then that decision will over rule the minimum
requirements as listed above - failure to achieve this will result in an
unsuccessful Black Belt Grading application.
