Each Plan is Designed to Last Approximatly 1 Hour to 1 Hour 15 Minutes.

As this is a General Training Plan and Designed for all of our Students Ranging from White Belt (with only a few weeks experience) to 6th Dan Master (with over 27 year’s experience) Please only attempt the areas of this plan that you are trained in and are comfortable with, Thank You.

2 Step Sparring

Run through all of your Step Sparring, White, Yellow Stripe Belts see if you can learn 3 Step Sparring 1,2,3 and 4.
Higher Grades check with the links to ensure you are doing every move, technique and stage correctly.

3 Stances Check your Stances and Foot positions, for all your Stances up to Grade. Common Stances 10 - 15
4 Patterns Now check that all your stances are correct in your patterns, run through each pattern that you know ensuring that you are doing the correct stance.
