Each Plan is Designed to Last Approximatly 1 Hour to 1 Hour 15 Minutes.
As this is a General Training Plan and Designed for all of our Students Ranging from White Belt (with only a few weeks experience) to 6th Dan Master (with over 27 year’s experience) Please only attempt the areas of this plan that you are trained in and are comfortable with, Thank You.

|3||Machine Gun Kicking||Learn the Classic multiple attacking kick with Mr Dale Farnham 5th Dan.||See
|4||Sparring Drill||Now add a hand combination to the Machine Gun Kick.||See
|5||Basic Kicks||Choose 6 different kicks and practice each one using back leg and if possible front leg. Ensure that when you perform each kick your foot on the floor is in the correct position.||15|
