MONDAY

As From Monday 27th July 2026 to Monday 24th August 2026 we will only have
1 class on a Monday for all students who train on that day, 8.15pm to 9.15pm.

For the rest of the year see below:

5.45 to 6.45pm - Intermediate & Advanced Juniors

7.00 to 8.00pm - Adult Beginner (This Class is for Adults and Children from the age of 11 years)

8.15 to 9.15pm - Advanced Adults

SATURDAY

10.00 to 11.00am - Junior Beginners (This Class is for late 5's to 10 year old Children)

11.00 to 12.30pm - Work Out Session (This class may overshoot on time by a few minutes)

(Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can start the classes on time)
