6.00 to 7.00pm - All Beginners up to Green Belt Inclusive. (This Class is for Adults and Children from the age of 6 years)

7.00 to 8.00pm - All Students Blue Stripe and Above. (First Tuesday of each month this is a Sparring Class).

(Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can start the classes on time)
