6.00 to 7.00pm - Adult Beginners + Juniors Green Belt (This Class is for Adults and Children from the age of 11 years)

7.00 to 8.00pm - All Blue Belt Students and above

Thursday

6.00 to 7.00pm - Workout Session

(Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can start the classes on time)
