Each Plan is Designed to Last Approximatly 1 Hour to 1 Hour 15 Minutes.
As this is a General Training Plan and Designed for all of our Students Ranging from White Belt (with only a few weeks experience) to 6th Dan Master (with over 27 year’s experience) Please only attempt the areas of this plan that you are trained in and are comfortable with, Thank You.

|2||3 x 25's Workout||Its workout time again, either run around, if you have the space, or jogging on the spot.||See Video||20 - 25|
||Check 1. Front Snap Kick(Ball of Foot), 2. Side Kick(Foot Sword), 3.Turning Kick(Ball of Foot) Foot Positions.
|4||Flying and Jumping Kicks||If you have a Garden then practice these Kicks, remember height is the key, do not lean back to kick high, your jump should give you the height.||10 - 15|
|5||Patterns||Seniors Perform 3 different Patterns, if you are a White Belt, do 4 Direction Punch 1 & 2 3 times.||5|
|6||2 Step Sparring||5th Kups and above do all your 2 Step Sparring||2 Step Sparring||10|
|7||Theory||Practise all your theory up to grade inclusive||Theory||10 - 20|
